Doug Miller brings over 22 years of progressive human resources experience advocating for an integrated talent management strategy to help drive growing organizations forward. His wealth of domestic and international capabilities reaches beyond the human resources discipline. His background also includes working with senior-most leadership on strategy and company direction as well as leading a disparate set of projects. In his career, he has focused on creating a differentiated and an unwavering commitment to the establishment of an accessible HR team, organizational development, improved leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, training and development, and driving change management as an ongoing principle in an ever-changing reality of internal and external transformations. He has impacted teams in Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Germany, Hungary, India, the Netherlands, and throughout the United States.

Doug’s diverse industry background includes software development, marketing, technical staff augmentation, retail, market research, and professional services. He has led and impacted teams in Prior to joining iZotope, Doug led the global Human Resources discipline at Mobiquity – a professional services and digital application development firm. In addition to the high impact role at Mobiquity, Doug’s background includes work at Catalyst (SEO/SEM), Yankee Group Research (mobile advisory services), Blackbaud (software development), TAC Worldwide (technical staff augmentation), the corporate headquarters of The UPS Store (franchising/retail), as well as being a member of the international HR team at LEGO. He also has operated as a consultant and trusted advisor with HR Focus Point.

Doug is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resources Management, and a certified analyst with Predictive Index. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Northern Arizona University.
