Doug's diverse industry background includes software development, marketing, technical staff augmentation, retail, market research, and professional services. He has held leadership positions in the global Human Resources departments of iZotope and Mobiquity. In addition to these roles, Doug has worked at Catalyst (SEO/SEM), Yankee Group Research (mobile advisory services), Blackbaud (software development), TAC Worldwide (technical staff augmentation), the corporate headquarters of The UPS Store (franchising/retail), and has also been a member of the international HR team at LEGO.
Doug holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resources Management, and is a certified analyst with Predictive Index.
