Doug’s diverse industry background includes software development, marketing, technical staff augmentation, retail, market research, and professional services. Doug led the global Human Resources discipline at iZotope and Mobiquity – In addition to the high impact role at iZotope and Mobiquity, Doug’s background includes work at Catalyst (SEO/SEM), Yankee Group Research (mobile advisory services), Blackbaud (software development), TAC Worldwide (technical staff augmentation), the corporate headquarters of The UPS Store (franchising/retail), as well as being a member of the international HR team at LEGO.
