Doug brings over 28 years of progressive experience in human resources, advocating for an integrated talent management strategy to drive the growth of organizations. His expertise extends beyond the human resources discipline, encompassing domestic and international capabilities. He has worked closely with senior leadership on strategy and company direction, as well as successfully leading various projects.
Throughout his career, Doug has focused on establishing an accessible HR team, organizational development, enhancing leadership effectiveness, promoting employee engagement, facilitating training and development, and driving change management amidst the ever-changing internal and external landscapes. He has made significant contributions to teams throughout the United States and in over 50 other countries.
Doug's diverse industry background includes software development, marketing, technical staff augmentation, retail, market research, and professional services. He has held leadership positions in the global Human Resources departments of iZotope and Mobiquity. In addition to these roles, Doug has worked at Catalyst (SEO/SEM), Yankee Group Research (mobile advisory services), Blackbaud (software development), TAC Worldwide (technical staff augmentation), the corporate headquarters of The UPS Store (franchising/retail), and has also been a member of the international HR team at LEGO.
Doug holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resources Management, and is a certified analyst with Predictive Index. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Northern Arizona University.

She recognizes the paramount importance of establishing a strong HR infrastructure to support business growth and scalability. Kelly's exceptional project management and goal-setting skills set her apart. By establishing a sustainable foundation, she creates innovative HR programs encompassing employee development, people analytics, employee engagement, goal alignment, culture creation, and operational enhancement.
Throughout her career, Kelly has successfully designed numerous employee development programs that have positively impacted both individuals and organizations. These programs have focused on closing the skills gap, enhancing self-awareness, understanding motivators and drivers, improving public speaking, executing effective meetings, fostering diversity and inclusion, tackling management challenges head-on, and much more.
Kelly's expertise extends across diverse industries, including technology, software, hardware, market intelligence, retail, and grocery operations. Her degree in Psychology from Rhode Island College, combined with active involvement in Toastmasters International, has greatly contributed to her accomplished career in Human Resources.
